Where do I send my design ideas?

Please email your images to Info@blankdesigns.co.za with your order number in the subject line.

How does Shipping and delivery work?

Our shipping starts from as little as R55 and we make use of DSV lockers as our primary delivery option. Once your order is complete we will head over to our closest DSV locker and drop your parcel off, from there DSV will collect the parcel and deliver it straight to your door. Standard shipping takes about 3 business days to be delivered, once we have dropped your parcel we will send you your tracking number and you will be able to track your order here

When and where can I pick up my order?

Local orders can be picked up weekdays between 9 am - 6 pm 

Our collection address is 20 Solara Crescent, Sonstraal heights, Durbanville, Cape Town.

What is your turn around time?

We strive to have all orders ready for collection or shipping within 2 - 3 business days, Should there be any delay on your order we will let you know what your new expected collection date is.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Yoco card payment on check-out or you can EFT us. Please allow an additional 2 business days in the event of an EFT for funds to clear on our end before we start with your order. Unfortunately we do not accept cash on collection.
